Terms of Use
Last updated: November 4, 2026
These terms apply when you use sealiquidity.com and the Sea Liquidity app at app.sealiquidity.com (together, "Sea Liquidity"), which is run by Sea Liquidity ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Sea Liquidity, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
What Sea Liquidity is
Sea Liquidity is a set of tools for reading the crypto market: market data, charts, news, analysis, a private journal, and a way to send orders to your own exchange account. It is software, not a broker, exchange or adviser. We never hold your money or your crypto. Your funds stay on your exchange, under your exchange's terms.
Not financial advice
Nothing in Sea Liquidity is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Market environment readings, setups, signals and other analysis are information to help you form your own view, and they can be wrong. You make every trading decision yourself.
Trading risk
Crypto is volatile, and leveraged and futures trading can lose more than you put in. Only trade money you can afford to lose. Past results, including any shown in Sea Liquidity, do not predict future results.
Your orders
- Every order is shown to you as a preview first. Nothing is sent until you press Confirm, and then only that order, once.
- You are responsible for checking every order before you confirm it, including side, size, price and leverage.
- Your exchange decides whether and how an order is filled. Prices can move between the preview and the fill. We are not responsible for an exchange's fills, outages, fees, liquidations or rule changes.
- Use exchange API keys with trading permission only. Never give Sea Liquidity a key that can withdraw funds.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older, and allowed to trade crypto where you live.
- Give a real email address, and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.
Acceptable use
Don't use Sea Liquidity to break the law, manipulate markets, or get into accounts or data that aren't yours. Don't overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or scrape it at scale. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Market data and availability
Market data, news and other content come from third-party sources. They may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and a source can stop working. Sea Liquidity may sometimes be unavailable, and features can change. We provide the service "as is", without promises that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Sea Liquidity. That includes losses caused by data errors, outages, delays, or orders you confirmed. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law does not allow us to limit.
Your content
Your journal, notes and records belong to you. You allow us to store and process them only so we can provide the service to you. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Ending your account
You can stop using Sea Liquidity at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and tell signed-up users by email about significant changes before they take effect. If you keep using Sea Liquidity after a change, you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes will be heard in the courts of Ontario.
